The location is fantastic, placed right in the heart of Broadbeach's restaurant strip, with a lovely outdoor area and both indoor and outdoor pools to enjoy!

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired. the lounge area could use a proper clean, and some amenities felt neglected.

during my recent stay, I really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Kurrawa Park, which offered a beautiful view and relaxation area, and being just under a 5-minute stroll to the beach made my mornings delightful as I enjoyed the sun and sea breeze.

The location offers easy access to the beach, making mornings delightful. The ambience is charming with a lovely decor. the pool area could benefit from additional shaded seating spots to enhance relaxation, and the parking situation proved a bit challenging during peak times.

I really enjoyed my stay. the apartment was spacious with a comfy bed, and having a separate laundry was super convenient! The water pressure in the shower was delightful, but the pillows definitely need replacing! I'd still come back again for the overall experience.

the apartment features two large sofas and a mega-sized tv for entertainment. pillows were yellow stained and had a rough texture.

The two-bedroom apartment was immaculate, modern, and exceptionally comfortable, making our family feel right at home. The pool complex was a fantastic retreat, perfect for our downtime. the parking situation was challenging, as we struggled to find a space, and the communication regarding waste disposal felt a bit off. Despite this, the delicious homemade cakes at the café were a highlight during our stay.

the location of the broadbeach was ideal for visiting nearby restaurants and shops (very convenient! ). the apartment was spacious and well-equipped with amenities. we appreciated the friendly staff, especially at check-in, which made the experience enjoyable.

We had a blast staying here! The location was a huge plus, making it super easy to hit up the beach and grab food nearby. We even checked out an event at Metricon Stadium, which was just a short ride away. Plus, the pool area was perfect for chilling after our adventures.

We did experience some loud music from nearby venues late into the night, which made it tough to catch quality sleep during our stay. This was a bit disappointing.

The atmosphere of the hotel was simply charming, with beautiful decor reminiscent of a seaside villa. The spacious layout made it easy to navigate, ensuring every corner felt welcoming and accessible for everyone, especially seniors like me.

More shaded seating areas near the pools, please!

The location of the Broadbeach is fantastic, really close to the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. I loved having a high floor room with a balcony and a sea view. The receptionist, Leanne, did a great job helping us with the carpark, and we were able to check in early. I appreciated that the room had a good number of household amenities and was quite spacious. the narrow lane leading to the carpark didn’t create the best first impression. I reported a cracked tile in the bathroom, which seemed like a simple maintenance issue but stuck out in an otherwise nice room. it felt odd to have instructions about disposing of rubbish to avoid cleaning charges at check-out. A little more attention to communication could really enhance the experience.

We loved the location! Just a stroll to the beach and great restaurants. It was perfect for our family of six, especially with our four teenagers who enjoyed exploring the local shops. Plus, the high floor balcony ocean view added to the experience.

My kids wished for an allocated parking space since finding one was a hassle. It would be great to have more modern appliances to make our stay even better.
